Terms of Service
This is an agreement between you and Fins and Paws LLC (with its affiliates, “Fins and Paws” or “we”). Please read these Fins and Paws Services Terms of Use and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms available at the finsandpaws.com website before using the Fins and Paws Services on a Product. By using the Fins and Paws Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use the Fins and Paws Services and you may return your Product in accordance with any applicable return policy. Your use of any of the Fins and Paws Services is subject to any additional rules, policies, and terms that apply to those Fins and Paws Services.
For the purpose of these Fins and Paws Services Terms of Use:
“ Fins and Paws Services” means the provision of Fins and Paws Software, Digital Content, and support and other services that we provide Product users.
“ Fins and Paws Software” means all software we make available to you for use on a Product, but excludes third-party Digital Content.
“Digital Content” means digitized content (including third-party content), such as videos, music, apps, games, skills, photos, audio, books, newspapers, magazines, and related features and functionality.
“Product” means any product that is developed and manufactured by a third party sold by Fins and Paws.
1. Fins and Paws Services, Fins and Paws Software
a. Use of Fins and Paws Services on a Product. To use certain Fins and Paws Services on a Product, you must have your own finsandpaws.com account, be logged in to your account on the Product, and have a valid payment method associated with your account.
b. Use of the Fins and Paws Software. Except as provided in this section, you may use the Fins and Paws Software only on your Product. Fins and Paws Software licensed under an open source license is governed solely by the terms of that open source license.
2. General
a. Information Received. The Fins and Paws Software may provide us with information about your Product, use of the Product, and use of Digital Content, other content, and the Fins and Paws Services (such as search queries, installed applications, viewing and usage data, available memory, log files, network diagnostics, voice information, and connectivity). Manufacturers of your Product may also provide us with similar information. Information provided to Fins and Paws may be processed in the cloud to improve your experience and our services, and may be stored on servers outside the country in which you live. We will handle any information we receive in accordance with the our privacy notice.
b. Information Provided To Others. You are responsible for any information you provide to others, including third-party Digital Content providers. Use of information you provide to these third parties will be subject to any privacy notice or other terms that they may provide to you.
c. Changes to Fins and Paws Services; Amendments. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Fins and Paws Services, or any part of them, at any time without notice. We may amend any of this Agreement's terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on the finsandpaws.com website. Your continued use of Fins and Paws Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
d. Termination. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, Fins and Paws may immediately revoke your access to the Fins and Paws Services. Fins and Paws failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
e. Disputes/Binding Arbitration. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, a Product, the Fins and Paws Software, or the Fins and Paws Services is subject to the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and all other terms. You agree to those terms by entering into this Agreement, or using a Product or the Fins and Paws Services.
f. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability. Products are developed and manufactured by third parties, and we have no responsibility or liability for any aspect of Products except the Fins and Paws Services. Without limiting the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law, in no event will our or our licensors' aggregate liability with respect to any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Fins and Paws Services exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

Shipping Policy
All domestic shipping for items sold by Fins and Paws LLC is governed by our standard shipping rates and policies, including eligibility for free shipping on qualifying orders. Availability of international shipping may vary by product and destination and is not guaranteed for all items.
Please be advised that due to potential delays in manufacturing, fulfillment, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control, shipment of certain products may be delayed for up to two (2) weeks beyond the standard processing and delivery timeframe. Fins and Paws LLC reserves the right to extend shipping timelines when necessary without prior notice. Customers will be notified via email once their order has shipped. At that time, shipping carrier details, the official ship date, and an estimated delivery window will be provided in the shipment confirmation email and will also be accessible through the “Your Orders” section of the customer’s account.
Customers are responsible for tracking their own shipments using the carrier tracking number provided. While we strive to ensure that all packages are delivered in a timely manner and in good condition, Fins and Paws LLC shall not be held liable, under any circumstances or legal theory, for delays in shipping, late deliveries, failed deliveries, or for items that may arrive damaged, lost, or tampered with during transit. These risks are inherent in the use of third-party shipping services and are assumed by the purchaser upon placing an order. In the event that a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, the customer is solely responsible for filing a formal complaint or claim with the designated shipping carrier.
Fins and Paws LLC handles all customer service inquiries and product returns for items explicitly marked as “Fulfilled by Fins and Paws LLC.” However, it is the customer’s responsibility to review product listings carefully prior to purchase. Certain items are strictly non-refundable and/or non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly disclosed on the respective product pages. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and forfeits the right to request a return or refund for items so designated.
By placing an order with Fins and Paws LLC, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy and acknowledges that these terms form a binding part of the purchase agreement.
