Shipping policy

Where we ship

Fins and Paws LLC ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order processing

Fish food, medications, and water treatments ship in less than 7 calendar days. UV products can take up to 14 calendar days to ship. These processing times cover preparation before shipment; carrier transit time is additional.

Shipping charges

Most products qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this free-shipping offer. UV products and Pond Salt are subject to calculated shipping charges. Applicable shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
