Fins and Paws LLC operates finsandpaws.com, an online retail store. Our offices are remote; we do not operate a customer-facing retail location. These terms describe use of our website and purchases from our store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Products and orders
Review the product description, selected size or configuration, quantity, price and shipping charges before completing your order. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Product availability and prices may change; the information displayed at checkout applies to your order. If we identify an error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to resolve it. These terms do not remove any remedy required by law for an unfulfilled order.
Shipping
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Read our shipping policy for shipping information. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Exchanges and shipping damage
Our exchange and shipping-damage policy applies to exchange requests. Eligible undamaged non-perishable items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, with a $25 restocking fee. Confirmed shipping-damage replacements have no restocking fee. We pay for authorized return shipping labels and email them to customers. Fish food and Bio-Seed are perishable and are not returnable; contact us about product problems. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. Contact us before sending any item back or disposing of a damaged item; follow applicable safety and disposal instructions.
Product use
Follow the manufacturer’s label, directions and safety instructions for each product. Contact us before purchase if you need help identifying the appropriate size, configuration or compatible replacement part.
Website use and privacy
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading information. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices.
